Patrick is a financial controller with over 10 years of professional experience in financial reporting, including substantiating profit and loss statements, balance sheet reporting, product control, and risk identification and mitigation in global markets and financial institutions.
At the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Patrick serves within the Clean Energy Financing Partnership Facility (CEFPF), where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the fund. His responsibilities include fund management and utilization, disbursement monitoring, database and financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
Beyond financial oversight, Patrick actively engages in donor reporting and partnership management to ensure that CEFPF resources are strategically deployed to maximize impact. He coordinates closely with financial partner organizations and internal ADB teams to align financing strategies, strengthen transparency, and support the effective delivery of clean energy projects. His role also involves contributing to South-South cooperation and regional networking activities under CEFPF, enhancing collaboration with partner agencies and donors to advance clean energy initiatives.
Patrick contributes to the Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF) by providing support for rapporteur activities, promoting knowledge exchange, and enabling dialogue among stakeholders.
