Ms. Fely Arriola boasts over 30 years of experience in renewable energy and energy access. Her nearly two-decade tenure in the government saw her lead various departments and manage numerous renewable energy projects. Following her government service, she expanded her expertise as a freelance consultant with various firms, gaining knowledge in project development and implementation, financial management, capacity building, project monitoring and evaluation, and business development.

In 2011, Ms. Arriola joined ADB as a Consultant. She focused on the fundamental challenge of providing energy access through innovative technology combinations and private-sector business models.

Ms. Arriola plays an active role in the Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF), serving as a rapporteur and supporting partner engagement. She helps document and synthesize key discussions, ensuring knowledge is captured and shared widely. She also works closely with partners and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, foster dialogue, and advance ACEF's mission of accelerating clean energy transitions across Asia and the Pacific.
