Bio:
Ms. Fely Arriola works as an Access to Energy Specialist for ADB’s Energy for All Initiative and supports efforts to scale up energy access investments in ADB’s developing member countries. She has more than 20 years of experience in the development of renewable energy, rural electrification and energy access projects and has previously worked with government, private sector and multi-lateral agencies. She holds a Master's of Science degree in Renewable Energy Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics.
