She has managed numerous official ADB events, providing comprehensive pre‑event, onsite, and post‑event support to host organizers, including those attended by high‑level participants and ADB Management. Over the years, she has worked closely with business units and external suppliers to oversee administrative and logistical arrangements for official events at ADB headquarters. She has also contributed to improving digital tools for event management, such as online registration systems, facility booking platforms, and related projects.

Beyond ADB, Michelle has coordinated events for Energy Secure Philippines, a U.S. Agency for International Development project, and for the Philippine Solar and Storage Energy Alliance.
