Rhoe brings valuable experience from his service in the Philippine government, working with the National Economic and Development Authority (now the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development) and the Department of Agriculture. His work with the DA focused on policy research and investment planning for the Philippine agriculture sector, providing him with a strong foundation in development work.

Rhoe currently serves as an Operations Assistant with the SD1 ENE Front Office at the Asian Development Bank. In this role, he provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support, ensuring the smooth functioning of front office operations and contributing to the effective delivery of ADB's energy sector initiatives.

In addition to his front office responsibilities, Rhoe is actively involved in the Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF). He supports the coordination and organization of ACEF activities, assisting with event logistics, documentation, and partner engagement. His contributions help ensure the forum's smooth delivery and reinforce ACEF's role as a leading platform for dialogue and collaboration on clean energy transitions in Asia and the Pacific.
