Mr. Biao Huang leads ADB Private Sector Financial Institutions Division’s debt and equity transactions in the finance sector for East Asia. Mr. Huang has been with ADB for over 15 years. He has led many FI transactions, covering different themes such as renewable energy and energy efficiency, green transport, environment protection, and inclusive finance. Prior to joining ADB, Mr. Huang was a senior consultant at a UK-based consultancy firm and previously worked as researcher at the University of Oxford. Mr. Huang Holds a PhD in Economics from University of London and is a CFA Charter holder.
