"Claire joined ADB in 2017 as an Investment Specialist covering infrastructure for the private sector and has closed transactions with the team across Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. Claire holds a Master’s degree in finance from Sciences Po Strasbourg, France. She completed an exchange program at Jawaharlal Nehru University in India where she studied Hindi and Indian Political Sciences. Aside from work, Claire has been involved in grass-roots actions for refugees."
