Clemencia is a Sr, Energy Economist, at ESMAP where she co-leads, together with Jenny Hasselsten, the ESMAP Cooling Program. Prior to working in ESMAP, Clemencia has worked in operations at the World Bank in various regions (Africa, Latino America, and MNA) and also at the research department at the Bank. Clemencia holds a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Economics from Boston University.
