Dion is a Senior Markets Development Advisory Specialist at the Asian Development Bank with over 17 years of experience across the Banking and Finance sectors. He is working on establishing the Energy Transition Mechanism Funding Vehicle (ETM FV) to scale-up ETM transactions through crowding-in public concessional and private concessional and commercial capital. Prior to joining ADB, Dion was based in Singapore and has worked in Temasek, MUFG, and PwC. He has held roles in transaction advisory, due diligence, debt structuring, buy-side equity investment and risk strategy advisory for multiple cross-border deals spanning Energy, Power, Logistics, Banks and Insurance sectors. Dion received the ASEAN scholarship and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
