Divina is currently the Chief of Party of USAID Energy Secure Philippines (ESP) Activity. It is a five-year project that aims to help the Philippines mobilize investment, deploy modern energy technology, and support policy reforms for a more competitive energy sector. Ms. Chingcuanco has extensive project and technical expertise, having served as a three-term Chief of Party spanning 16 years for three USAID Philippines projects focusing on sustainable energy development, climate change, clean energy, and economic resilience. One former project, USAID Building Low Emission Alternatives to Develop Economic Resilience and Sustainability (B-LEADERS), conducted an analysis of mitigation actions for the government to address climate change, among other activities. In addition to her various roles, she served as a member of the UN High Level Technical Working Group on Energy Access in preparation for the UN High Level Dialogue held in New York in September 2021. Bang began her career in international development as a tariff expert engaged by the World Bank and the Department for International Development in Pakistan and India. She served as utility regulation adviser for the ADB-funded Central Asia Regional Economic Forum and the East Asia and Pacific Infrastructure Regulatory Forum supported by the World Bank.
