Since 2018, he has been responsible for the Air Quality Improvement in the Greater Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei Region—Henan Rural Cleaner Energy Development Program and has led the construction of coal to gas conversion for over 1.2 million rural users in Henan. He has considerable experience in rural energy reform and innovation.
