Engr. Ferdinand B. Binondo is currently the Chief of Solar and Wind Energy Management Division of the Department of Energy. He has expertise in policy formulation and program implementation related to electric power industry, electricity market and renewable energy. He earned his master’s degree in Master of Business Administration – Top Executive Program from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, completed the academic requirements for Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Technological University of the Philippines and attained his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Saint Louis. He was also conferred by the Civil Service Commission with the Certificate in Leadership and Management.
