Ganbat Enkhbayar is the Head of the R&D department for the Mongolian National Dispatching Center. He is an engineer with 15 years of experience in combined heat and power plant and energy systems. He graduated from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
