I am the manager of PSALM IPP/IPPA Contracts Administration Department. PSALM is a government-owned and controlled corporation which took ownership of all existing generation assets, liabilities, IPP contracts, real estate, and all other disposable assets of the National Power Corporation with the objective of liquidating all NPC financial obligations in an optimal manner. The IPP/IPPA Contracts Administration Department manages the assumed IPP contracts and at the same time prepares the requirements for bidders and the parameters for bidding with regard to the tendering and appointment of IPP administrators as a mode of privatization.
