Ms. Miso has over 8 years of experience in project finance and public-private partnerships. In ADB, she works in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and India on energy, water, and utilities projects. Her notable projects in the region that have recently closed include the Tashkent District Heating Project, Namangan Wastewater PPP Project, Sherabad Solar Project, and Guzar Solar Project. Previously, she was with the International Finance Corporation PPP transaction advisory department covering the Philippines, Indonesia, Lao PDR, and Myanmar in the transport, energy, and water sectors. Ms. Miso holds a BA in Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines and an MSc on International Finance from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises in France.
