Hanh Dang holds LLM in Law & Economics from Erasmus Mundus Programme; from 2002-2006, working as a research fellow in International Climate Policy Research Group at Hamburg Institute of International Economic, Germany; since 9/2006 Co-founder and Managing Director of Energy and Environment Consultancy Joint Stock Company (VNEEC). She supervises the pipeline of 125 carbon crediting projects in renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste treatment and water purification with more than 12 millions carbon credits issued and traded; a team leader and key experts in a number of advisory on national/sectoral GHG mitigation policies, carbon pricing instruments, national strategies on phasing out of ozone depleting substances and improving energy efficiency in Viet Nam; and the key expert and leader of the national experts to implement the Technical Assistance “In-depth study and survey to develop the National Green Cooling Program” funded by Southeast Asia Energy Transition Partnership (ETP) and managed by UNOPS.
