Assigned as Program Manager of Paris Agreement Article 6 Implementation Partnership (A6IP) Center in October 2023, and dedicated to various coordination works as the secretariat of A6IP including the matters on Environmental and Social Integrity of Carbon Markets. So far, over 10 years he has dedicated the work to Climate Change Adaptation/ Disaster Risk Reduction DRR, Environmental and Social Consideration; more recently with JICAーrelated works- in the Philippines (2011-17), Myanmar (2017-20) as a Project Formulation Advisor, and in the Caribbean Region (2021-23) as an Individual JICA Expert/ Policy advisor on Comprehensive DRR for the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) based in Barbados, and much before, in 2010, dedicated as an international expert for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights of Ombudsman Office of Timor Leste (PDHJ) in 2010. Since 2017, dedicated also as Visiting Associate Professor at Nagoya Institute of Technology (NiTECH), Nagoya, Japan.
