"ILEN KARDANI, graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1994 as Petroleum Engineer. He started his career in 1995 as Directional Driller and spent 10 years in the various type of oil field and geothermal locations. Exposed to operational and safety challenges in offshore, land rig, swamp, deep water, coiled tubing drilling, workover, re-entry, multi-lateral, HPHT, and geothermal. Since then, the climbed career ladder to become Field Services Manager, Drilling Services Manager, Operations Manager, Competency Coordinator, Senior Account Manager, HSE Manager, General Manager, and at 2023 he assigned as Director of Business Development and Exploration at PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) in Jakarta. In his current role, Ilen Kardani is involved in steering the organization through innovative initiatives for sustainable growth. Emphasizing the exploration of new business and untapped geothermal resources. Ilen also focuses on business transformation, engaging in investor and stakeholders management, corporate events, and geothermal-focused advancements."
