Mr. Jae-young Choi is director general for task force for supply chain and economic security in the Ministry of Economy and Finance, South Korea. Mr. Choi joined the Korean government in 1995 and his professional career consists of official development assistance (ODA), budget allocations, and tax & customs. Prior to his current position, Mr Choi served as director general for ODA policy coordination in the prime minister office. He also worked as director in the budget office, MOEF in charge of infrastructure & transportation as well as legal affairs. On a secondment program, Mr. Choi was assigned to the Inter-American Development Bank and World Customs Organization respectively. He earned BA in business from Yonsei University in Seoul Korea and MS in public administration from Seoul National University.
