Ms Feeney is a senior career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. She commenced as DHOM Bangkok and Permanent Representative to the UN(ESCAP) Thailand in July 2021. Ms Feeney most recently served as Assistant Secretary, Climate Change and Environment Policy Branch (2018-2021). Her previous overseas experience includes DHOM United Nations New York (2020), Ambassador in Belgrade (2013-2018). She hold a Bachelor of Economic and Political Science from Flinders University, South Australia.
