Keiichi Tamaki

Mr. Tamaki has more than 40 years’ experience in urban development. From 2001 to 2017, he worked for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on a number of urban, water supply, urban transport and tourism projects in South Asia, in particular India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan. He started his career at the Osaka City Government. From 1991 to 2000, he worked for the World Bank as a member of its Indonesia urban team. Prior to joining ADB, he briefly worked for the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), too. He has master's degree in public administration from Harvard University, certificate in urban and regional studies from MIT, and bachelor's degree in urban engineering from University of Tokyo.
