Dr. Kyung Wan RHO has over 17 years of experience at Korea Energy Agency (KEA) in the policy in terms of renewables, energy efficiency, and carbon neutrality. His work has mainly focused on supporting the Korean government to plan strategic framework and improve legislations with data-driven policy. He worked as a Korean representative of IEA 4E, CEM EMWG and ISO TC242(Energy Management System) for international cooperation. He leads Renewables Security Team and is responsible for administering supply chain analysis of solar PV, wind power, and etc.
