LAURIE BAUTISTA - NAVARRO has more than 40 years’ experience in clean energy leadership, program management, and relationship building with private and public sector energy partners and stakeholders. She has worked in technology and market assessment, project development, facilitation of access to financing, monitoring and evaluation, policy analysis, formulation of business models and capacity building - all focused on accelerating climate investments with long term viability and sustainability. She is known and highly respected in the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries, having been involved in various regional renewable energy and energy efficiency projects funded by donors such as USAID, World Bank, WB-IFC, EU, UNDP, and UNIDO. Throughout her involvement in the clean energy sector, she organized various workshops and fora, and was tapped as resource person and presenter in various local and international fora being a proponent for the widespread use of clean energy technologies in households and industries.
