GIZ Philippines national expert on greenhouse gas (GHG) measurement, reporting and verification (MRV) supporting governance and institutional readiness of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) for carbon market mechanisms. She is concurrently the Senior Advisor of GIZ Proklima, the bilateral implementing agency of the German government to the Montreal Protocol, promoting an integrated ozone and climate protection approach in fluorinated gas (F-gas) control activities. She is also a qualified GHG verifier of Bureau Veritas for facility-level and project-based GHG verification.
