Niharika Tagotra is a Senior Research Specialist in the WRI India Energy Program. Before joining WRI, she was working as Consultant (Energy Security) at the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India. She is also the NBR Asia EDGE Fellow for the year 2021-22.
