.Okju Jeong is a climate change specialist at ADB and serves as a climate change focal point for SG-WUD (climate adaption and mitigation), SG-TRA (climate adaptation), and SG-ENE (climate adaptation), as of June 2024. She supports the effective integration of climate change considerations in the scoping, design, and implementation of ADB operations. She has a cross-sectoral multi-disciplinary background in climte change and sustainable development, with experience spanning across Asia, Africa, and Europe. She holds a doctorate degree in Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Paris-IV-Sorbonne, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Geography from Seoul National University.
