Onon Bayasgalan has worked in the environmental, conservation and energy field for 10 years. She holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Policy from the Yale School of Environment and a Master's in Conservation Leadership from Cambridge University. As the Chief Sustainability Officer at URECA, a climate-tech startup based out of Mongolia and Singapore, Onon is passionate about providing access to energy, climate finance and technologies to improve climate resilience for communities and individual households.
