Phil joined ADB recently, having previously worked in Government and Commercial Banking, specializing in emerging markets. In his current role, Phil is part of ADB's Global Syndications team, with specific responsibility for managing the ""LEAP"" and LEAP2"" funds established between ADB and the Japan International Credit Agency. Collectively these funds are a US$3.0 billion co-financing commitment to support the development of high quality infrastructure with the Asia Pacific region. To date, more than 38 individual projects have been supported across 14 countries.
