Ramola Naik Singru

Ramola Naik Singru is a Principal Urban Development Specialist with the Asian Development Bank with over 24 years of international experience as an urban and regional planner, urban designer, and architect. Ramola is a thought leader and strategic planner and has led innovative flagship programs including the Livable Cities, Green Cities, and Inclusive Cities. Ramola jointly leads the OneADB Task Force on Energy Efficiency in Buildings. She has incorporated energy efficiency in project design across sovereign and non-sovereign in the water and urban development sector. She is an author of several publications including the Routledge Handbook of Asian Cities (2023), Creating Livable Cities: Regional Perspectives, GrEEEn Solutions for Livable Cities, amongst others. She studied for her Masters at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
