Rashane manages the USAID Enhancing Equality in Energy for Southeast Asia (E4SEA) and USAID Mekong For the Future (MFF) programs, and supports other programs in the Mission’s energy portfolio. Prior to joining USAID, Rashane was the Regional Project Coordinator for GIZ Water Energy Food Urban Nexus program. Rashane holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), and Masters of International Project Management from SKEMA Business School, Sophia Antipolis campus, France.
