Rosa Garcia is an Energy Efficiency and Cooling Specialist with SEforALL where she supports a number of actions to accelerate global energy efficiency and sustainable cooling. Rosa has previously collaborated with the Government of Mexico, the KfW and the World Bank on energy efficiency projects for the residential sector and SMEs. Rosa holds a Master's degree of International Development & Energy from the Paris Institute of Political Studies and a Master's degree of Development Policies and Projects from Pantheon- Sorbonne.
