Sandra Lindström is Head of International Climate Cooperation at the Swedish Energy Agency. She has over twenty years of experience in international climate policy and carbon markets and currently leads the Swedish Energy Agency’s work on developing new international climate cooperation and climate finance programs. Previously, Sandra worked at the World Bank and Asian Development Bank where she worked with development of global partnerships for climate mitigation actions. She also served as a Swedish negotiator to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and was a member of the EU Presidency team responsible for negotiating matters related to further commitments for Annex 1 Parties under the Kyoto Protocol. Sandra holds a M. Sc in economics from School of Economics and Commercial Law, Gothenburg University.
