Sarocha (Sacha) is a climate finance specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She covers multiple sustainable transport projects in the Greater Mekong Subregion. Sacha has been involved in several transactions, including the financing of Thailand's first commercial-scale electric ferries, a certified climate loan to invest in a comprehensive electric vehicle charging station network in Thailand, and the financing of Viet Nam's first fully-electric public transport bus fleet and national EV charging network. Sacha holds a master's degree in Finance and Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
