"Sinthya Roesly is the CFO of PT PLN (Persero), a state-owned company that operates the electricity sector in Indonesia and has been working at PLN for 20 years. In addition, she is the chief of Srikandi PLN, a task force that aims to ensure the implementation of women empowerment programs in PLN. She is also a member of the board of commissioners for Indonesia Battery Corporation and an Advisory Board Member of The Global Power System Transformation (GPS-T) Consortium.
Sinthya was the Chairwoman and CEO of Indonesia Eximbank and the CEO of the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund. She was formerly the Head of the Energy Market Reform Working Group, Indonesia National Committee – World Energy Council, 2005-2006. She used to be a Council Member of the International Project Finance Association – Asia Branch and a Board Member of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) PPP Business Advisory Board. She was also one of the Thematic Coordinators of T20 (Task Force 8 of Think 20) of G20.
Sinthya holds a Master of Management degree from IPMI Business School and an MBA from Monash University, Australia; an MEngSc in Power Systems from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Diploma in English Literature from the University of Indonesia."
