Over twenty years of professional experience in environmental program/ project development and management working in the south, southeast, and east Asia, and the United States. Experience includes Green Growth, energy conservation, renewable energy promotion, low carbon transport, climate-friendly agri-business value chain, natural capital, biodiversity landscape management, strategic environmental planning, environmental quality monitoring, compliance, and pollution control. Extensive experience in multiple sectors integrating environment and climate change in energy, transport, and agriculture sector development plans and investment projects. Provided services to agencies such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), European Union (EU), US Agency for International Development (USAID), US Environment Protection Agency (EPA), US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), US Army Corps of Engineers (ACE), World Bank (WB) and World Health Organization (WHO) and worked in partnership with several governments and international development organizations.
