Suzanne Gaboury, is Director General for ADB's Private Sector Operations Department, and leads ADB’s private sector operations throughout Asia and the Pacific. This covers all funding spectrums (equity, debt, guarantees, co-financing, etc) across all sectors including sustainable infrastructure, financial institutions (and micro-finance), agribusiness, healthcare, education as well as funds, trade, and supply chain finance. She is responsible for driving private strategic investments, innovation and partnerships focused on climate. Suzanne has more than 30 years of professional experience in emerging market finance with the private sector with extensive international networks and stakeholder relationships. She has driven total project investment value in excess of US$ 50 billion including transformational climate action projects in infrastructure, renewable energy, agribusiness value chain including forestry, and financial institutions sectors, with direct experience in more than 75 countries, including some 45 emerging economies.
