Ms. Nguyen Hong Ngoc Trang is a dedicated professional serving as the Project Officer for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (4E) Project in GIZ Vietnam. The main objective of the 4E Project is to further develop the legal, regulatory, and institutional preconditions as well as related capacities to channel investment towards renewable energy and energy efficiency. Ms. Trang holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Hamburg University of Technology and is also an MOIT Certified Energy Auditor. She has more than 10 years of working in Energy Efficiency and Energy Management within the private sector and Alternative Fuels & Raw Material in the cement industry in Vietnam. She is also leading a Taskforce on Digitalization under TUEWAS Energy working group and successfully implemented several pilot initiatives to promote and increase the use of digital technologies in the energy sector across TUEWAS countries.
