Ms. Vongdalone Vongsikeo has served as a project management specialist at USAID Laos since 2021, overseeing the USAID Laos Energy Security Project and other regional energy initiatives. With a focus on strategic planning and execution, she spearheads the first USAID Clean Energy Innovation Fund, supporting clean energy development across sectors. She provides guidance to USAID implementing partners to align implementation with the government's priorities, strengthening regulatory frameworks for wind and solar power integration, promoting private sector involvement, and improving power system planning. Her efforts aim to address urgent issues while laying a foundation for sustainable energy development in Laos.
