This year, organizations can contribute to ACEF, depending on their interest and resources, and join one of the three tiers of sponsorship—Silver, Gold, or Platinum. While each tier offers specific set of benefits and visibility, all three will enable the organizations to:
- Contribute to the theme and objectives of ACEF 2019
- Enhance their organization’s brand and visibility among the diverse audience of ACEF
- Provide knowledge and expertise aligned to the ADB Strategy 2030

Sponsorship FAQs
Q: What is the mode of payment for various packages being offered?
A: Payments in cash or cheque will be accepted.
Q: When is the deadline for payment for the sponsorship packages?
A: All payments need to be made twenty (20) working days prior to the event, i.e. 17 May 2019.
Q: What are the collaterals that we can display?
A: We are striving for a carbon-light event this year, thereby restricting the use of printed materials. We request our partners and sponsors to help us in this initiative. We encourage the use of digital marketing collateral. You could also have a small display section for your marketing collateral with QR codes whereby participants can download the materials as per their interest.Copies of all marketing collaterals (digital or printed for display-only purposes) need to be submitted to the ACEF Steering Committee for review in advance. Only the pre-approved collaterals will be allowed to be displayed during the forum.
Q: How many attendees are expected?
A. We are expecting 1,000 – 1,300 stakeholders from over 70 countries at ACEF this year. These include representatives from governments, national and multinational banks, carbon and clean energy investment funds, project developers and service providers, academe, civil society, and development partners and other international organizations. The diverse stakeholders who attend ACEF each year are engaged in cross-cutting issues of clean energy development and financing, climate change, energy access and security, and governance in the energy sector.
