Tim is based in Manila and works within ADB’s Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department (SDCC). Prior to joining SDCC, Tim led Project Finance Teams in Hong Kong and Sydney for over 20 years. Tim has been heavily engaged in leading concession based infrastructure financings in sectors such as airport facilities, waste to energy, ports, toll roads, power generation, PPPs, telecoms and privatization of State Owned Enterprises in jurisdictions such as Australia, Thailand, Philippines, Korea, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Indonesia and Laos. Tim is a UK national.
