Herbert Lubis is a motivated, personable business professional with more than 30 years’ experience as a project management consultant, technology consultant, business owner, and project investment analyst. He has extensive experience as a project manager, management consultant, and project investment analyst both in the US and Indonesia. Herbert has managed the UMTRA (Uranium Mills Tailings Remedial Action) tasked by US Department of Energy spread across 10 states. Herbert has also managed Symbols Banking and Oracle Financial System at Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency, large-scale Geothermal Sarulla 330MW Project, Central Java Coal Fired Power Plant Project 2x1,000MW at Itochu Corporation, and various small hydro and solar projects. Well-versed in project management methodologies, process engineering, organizational change management, risk management, project planning, team building, communication, and technical implementations of organizational change, financial modelling, and software projects. Herbert Lubis holds an MBA from University of Southern California, MSE from University of Michigan Ann Arbor, and BS from Bandung Institute of Technology.
