"Juliette N. Leusink, Senior Investment Officer, European Investment Bank – Project Finance EIB Global Mrs. Juliette Leusink, Senior Investment Officer at the European Investment Bank, focuses on private sector, project finance transactions in the Asia Pacific region. Her main focus is connectivity and renewable energy projects, and she recently closed a 1GW solar project in Uzbekistan. Prior to working at the EIB, she worked at the Asian Development Bank where she financed landmark transactions such as Indonesia’s first utility scale solar and wind projects and ADBs first investment in satellite financing – enabling broadband internet connectivity throughout remote parts of the Asia Pacific region. Prior to ADB, she worked at FMO, the Dutch Development Bank, while she started her career as a consultant for the UNDP in the Maldives, where she was a co-author of the UNDP Tsunami Impact Assessment Report. Mrs. Leusink is a national of The Netherlands and holds a Master of Science degree in International Economics and Business Studies and a Bachelor degree in Economics – both from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands."
