Swithun Rumble
Youth Project Designer,
ADB's Youth for Asia
Swithun Rumble is a Youth Project Designer at ADB's Youth for Asia, originally from Manchester in the UK. As part of the Youth for Asia team he focuses on integrating Meaningful Youth Engagement (MYE) into ADB operations, events, and knowledge generation in the Urban, Transport and Energy STGs. He engages throughout the project cycle with key stakeholders to offer advice, support, and documentation on youth involvement. Thus far at ADB he has worked to consolidate youth participation in road safety interventions and define YfA's novel approach for engaging young people in demand-side energy sector projects. Prior to ADB, Swithun studied Development Studies M.Sc. at the School of Oriental and African Studies in the University of London, and he has B.Sc. from the University of Bristol
