Early Badge Collection on 2 June

On 2 June, ADB will open its doors for ACEF participants to get ready for the week of clean energy deliberations. Participants can come in from 10:00 am to 3:00 p.m. to register onsite, pay the registration fee, and claim their ID badges. 

Important Note: We are going paperless this year! This means no conference bags or printouts of agendas or other conference material will be distributed. All conference materials have been made available online.

Arrival in Manila

In line with  the Presidential Proclamation No. 297, which lifted the state of public health emergency in the Philippines due to COVID-19, relevant travel restrictions have also been lifted. Vaccination and COVID tests are no longer required for entry to the country, while registration on eTravel is still required.  

ADB travelers must register with the eTravel—Philippine One-Stop Electronic Travel Declaration System for a smoother and quicker entry and exit process. Without the eTravel Registration, entry will take longer since documents will need to be verified manually upon arrival. Please note that upon completion of your registration, a QR code will be provided; please ensure to take a screenshot. Please also note that you may only register within 48 hours prior to your arrival in the Philippines. Registration in eTravel is FREE.

Upon arrival in Manila at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA Terminals 1 and 3), please proceed to the International Organizations Desk, which is located right after the customs clearance area. An ADB contact person will direct you to the taxi queue (at the Arrival Area) for your transfer to the hotel. If arriving at Terminal 2, please proceed to the taxi queue outside the arrival area.  

Accredited NAIA metered taxi services on a cash basis may be taken from the airport to Ortigas Center (where ADB is located) for an approximate rate of Philippine Peso (PhP) 1,000 (about $17.00–18.00).  

Grab (a ride-hailing app) may also be taken through the Grab Booth in each terminal with an approximate rate of Philippine Peso (PhP) 1000 (about $17.00−18.00). Registration Procedures

Step 1: Proceed to the Visitors Registration Counter and show your passport or any government issued ID with photo to get your ACEF badge.

Step 2: If you would like to print your QR Code, please proceed to the Self-Service Check-In Kiosks. The QR code will be emailed to you or you may approach the QR code counter to get your QR code printed. Ushers will scan your QR code when you enter the session rooms at ACEF.

Step 3: Connect with ACEF 2025 participants through the ACEF Event App by Whova.

Step 1: Proceed to the Verification Table and provide your passport or any government issued ID with photo to include your details to the registration and to confirm the dates you would like to avail.

Step 2: Proceed to the Payment Table to process your payment.

Step 3: Proceed to the Visitors Registration Counter and show your passport or any government issued ID with photo to get your ACEF badge.

Step 4: The QR code will be emailed to you or you may approach the QR code counter located at ADB Main Lobby to get your QR code printed. Ushers will scan your QR code when you enter the sessions rooms of ACEF.

Step 5: Proceed to the mobile application counter for your username and password issuance.

Step 6: Connect with ACEF 2025 participants through the ACEF Event App by Whova.


Access to ADB

Registered participants will be required to present valid photo identification (passport, driver's license, etc.) to receive their ADB-issued building access ID. You will also be issued with a QR code to track your attendance per session; this may be printed or may be accessed through the event mobile app. These will be valid throughout the duration specified by participants in their online registration and will allow them to enter/exit ADB Headquarters through any of its gates, but access will only be limited to the venues of ACEF. If you wish to visit ADB staff, please ensure to arrange an appointment separately. 

Food and Drinks

Morning and afternoon snacks and drinks will be provided along the Auditorium gallery. Lunch will be served in Executive Dining Room, 2nd floor, Special Facilities Block.

Presentations and/or Other Materials

All presentations and/or training materials will be available on the website and the event app.

Departure from Manila

On your departure from Manila, you are advised to confirm ahead of time with the hotel desk regarding your transfer arrangement to the airport or you can take a regular taxi to go to the airport.

Due to the occasional heavy traffic between Ortigas Center and the airport, it is advisable to leave for the airport at least three to four hours before your flight departure.
