Ansang Yoon is a seasoned civil engineer with nearly two decades of experience in hydropower development and management. He began his career at KOEN in 2005, contributing to the 800MW Yecheon Pumped Storage Power Plant, and later led overseas hydropower initiatives as Senior Manager. From 2012 to 2015, he served as Managerial Director at NWEDC, managing the 216MW UT-1 Hydropower Project in Nepal. He returned to KOEN to oversee major projects in Pakistan and Nepal, and from 2021 to 2024, he was CEO of KOAK, leading the development of the 229MW Asrit-Kedam Hydropower Project in Pakistan. Currently, he is General Manager at KOEN, overseeing international hydropower and hydrogen projects. Yoon holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and has built a strong track record in project development, construction supervision, and international energy collaboration.
