Blair is a management consultant who works primarily with clients in the energy and asset-intensive industries to identify and realise opportunities linked to the energy transition. Based in Southeast Asia since 2013, Blair has worked with clients across Asia-Pacific on topics including strategy and digital transformation. Before his currently role with Baringa, he was a Managing Director with Marsh McLennan (Singapore) and more recently also a visiting lecturer with the HTWG Konstanz - University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
