Cécile Dahomé is the CEO of Sevea, a purpose-driven consulting firm turning sustainability ambitions into measurable impact by bridging strategy and action across the public and private sectors. Sevea stands out for its unique blend of market intelligence, operational expertise, and collective intelligence to design practical, human-centered solutions. With over 17 years of experience, Cécile is a seasoned strategy and operations consultant specializing in driving transformative change towards sustainability. As Co-founder and CEO of Sevea since 2011, she has established the organization as a leader in designing and implementing strategies, policies, and projects across sectors such as energy, water, climate change, SME development, climate finance, and agriculture. She works across company, program, and system levels to assess and refine strategies that align with long-term socio-economic and environmental goals, leveraging collective intelligence and all forms of innovation—managerial, technical, and people-oriented—to bring concrete solutions to real-world challenges. Her expertise includes strategy development, market intelligence, financial advisory, and change management, delivering pragmatic solutions for ministries, regulatory agencies, utilities, private companies, NGOs, and end-users across Asia and Africa. Cécile holds dual Master’s degrees in engineering sciences from Ecole Centrale Lyon (France) and Pontifícia Universidade Católica (Brazil). She is also the Vice Chairwoman of the Comité Cambodge des Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur de la France (French Trade Advisors) and the Vice Chairwoman of the GreenBiz Committee of EuroCham Cambodia.
