Er. Edwin T.F. Khew is the Chairman of the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS), an Emeritus President of The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES), a Supervisory Board Member of Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS), a former Board member of the Professional Engineers’ Board (PEB) Singapore and former Chairman of the Singapore Standards Council. Er. Khew represented SEAS on the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Energy for All Partnership’s (E4ALL) Steering Committee as its Co-Chair and Chairman of its Enterprise Development Working Group.He is also the Chairman, Director and Co-Founder of AirCarbon Pte Ltd, a global blockchain based digital platform to trade digital carbon and facilitate investments in sustainable projects and Chairman of the EXCO and Board Director of 3E Memtech Pte Ltd, a Singapore based nanofiltration membrane manufacturer to treat water and wastewater, with manufacturing facilities in Singapore and China.Er. Khew is also a former Nominated Member of Parliament (NMP). He has an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia, is an Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Engineers, Singapore, a Fellow and Chartered Engineer of the Institute of Chemical Engineers (UK), and a professional engineer of the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.Er. Khew was awarded the International Alumnus of the Year Award (2011) by the University of Queensland and the Public Service Medal (PBM) by the President of Singapore during Singapore’s National Day in 2014.
