Emma has over 25 years of experience in the fields of strategic and environmental assessment. She currently heads the South Asia environment team under the office of safeguards at the Asian Development Banks. She is primarily working with the South Asia energy sector, ensuring environmental safeguard compliance of ADB projects. Prior to ADB she worked in environmental consultancy, where she managed and coordinated environmental impact assessments, including for numerous onshore wind farm projects.
