Emma Veve is Deputy Director General of ADB's Pacific Department. She works closely with the Director General and rest of the Pacific management team to oversee the ADB's operations in the 14 Pacific member countries. ADB's investments, advisory, and knowledge activities in the Pacific focus on building resilience, delivering sustainable services, and supporting inclusive growth. Emma completed a double degree in agricultural science and economics from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia and holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of New England, Armidale, Australia.
